$345 in less than 2 hours!

I feel like I’ve been in a sourcing slump since the beginning of Q1 and I don’t know why. So, let’s just say that the struggle has been real!

I don’t really know what the cure is for a sourcing slump, or how to fix it for that matter. But sourcing in one of my favorite stores seemed to help. So, maybe try that out!

Last week I went sourcing at Bargain Hunt and, as always, it didn’t disappoint.

Bargain Hunt isn’t everywhere though - they seem to be sprinkled throughout the Midwest and East Coast. If you’re lucky enough to live near one, then you fully understand my love for this place. And, if you don’t have one near you, then I’m truly sorry and hope you have a Grocery Outlet! Because that would make us even.

I was in Bargain Hunt for less than 2 hours and am expected to profit roughly $345. That’s about $172 PER HOUR!

So, here’s the full breakdown of my trip:

  • Time in Store: 1.5-2 hours

  • Total Spent: $551.50

  • Total Savings: $636.87

  • Number of Units Bought: 58

  • Expected Profit: $345

  • Money vs Time: $172.50 per hour
