I was KICKED OUT of Aldi!

I’ve been doing retail arbitrage for two years now and have never had any issues until last week. I decided to go sourcing at Aldi because I had never been and just wanted to see if it was worth it.

I was scanning products and minding my own business but then a worker, who I believe was the manager, walked up and started asking me a million questions. Long story short, I was KICKED OUT of the store!

I never really explained what I was doing, just that I was scanning products. I realize now that I could have come up with a far better excuse, but I was put on the spot and froze!

I’m not saying that Aldi isn’t worth it, or that you should completely avoid it. But definitely tread lightly! This location obviously isn’t reseller friendly, and I can only assume that other locations have a similar policy in place.

Guess I’ll add Aldi to my list of stores to avoid! 😅
